Paper / submission
According to the information included in Call for papers tab on the Conference website:
The articles prepared in English are preferable. Submitting a paper in Polish does not disqualify from participating in the conference. However, it will be required to present the paper in English during the conference.
There are no limits as for the paper length however it will need to be adjusted to the requirements of the post-Conference publication.
The deadline for submission of articles (papers): 10th March 2024.
The status of a university employee is not a necessary condition for submitting a paper proposal. We also invite professionals to submit proposals.
Paper / presentation
According to the Conference Regulations available on the Conference website:
In order to select people participating in scientific sessions, the Organizer appoints the Scientific Council of the Conference. Members of the Scientific Council formulate opinions on the submitted paper proposals. The opinion should include an indication whether the member of the Scientific Council recommends or does not recommend allowing the presentation of the paper during the scientific session. Opinions are non-binding. Based on the opinions received, the Organizer decides about the acceptance of the submitted paper proposals and inclusion in the scientific sessions.
Paper / publication
According to the information included in Call for papers tab on the Conference website:
Authors whose articles are accepted for presentation during the conference will have the opportunity to submit the article to the post-conference monograph (in the form of a book) or submit the article to one of the journals. The list of recommended journals includes:

In Polish journals, we accept articles in Polish, but during the conference the presentation is required in English due to its international nature.
Conference fees
According to the information included in Call for papers tab on the Conference website:
Participation in the whole conference is free of charge. The organizer does not cover the costs of travel and accommodation.
There is no fee for participation in the conference (including dinner). There are no fees for listeners, panelists/speakers and people presenting a paper. However, the organizer does not cover the costs of publication in journals if the journal to which the article is submitted charges a fee.
